Kealakekua Bay Snorkel provides an online platform to discover and book tours, activities, and experiences. We act as an intermediary between you and tour operators.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Making a Booking

When you book through our Site, you are entering into a contract with the tour operator, not Kealakekua Bay Snorkel. We facilitate the booking process.

3.2 Prices and Payment

Prices are set by the tour operator and shown here as supplied by the operator's booking system. Prices can change, and the amount you pay, including any taxes and fees, is the amount shown to you at checkout. Payment is taken by the tour operator through their own booking provider. Kealakekua Bay Snorkel does not process payments and does not receive your card details.

3.3 Confirmation

Your booking confirmation comes from the tour operator or their booking provider, not from Kealakekua Bay Snorkel. Please check it carefully and contact the operator directly if anything is wrong. If you cannot reach them, email us at kealakekua@bigislandactivities.com and we will help you.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by tour operator. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your booking before confirming. Refunds are subject to the operator's policy.
