These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, software, and services operated by AI Creative LLC, doing business as Agent Ola ("Agent Ola," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to agentola.com, any subdomains, and any related websites, dashboards, applications, tools, or services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

Tools and platforms designed to assist tour operators, advertisers, and partners with attribution, analytics, reporting, conversion tracking, email marketing, A/B testing, advertising workflows, and related marketing technology services.

b) Affiliate and Partner Websites

Websites and tools that display content, recommendations, and links to third-party travel experiences, activities, and services.

c) AI-Driven Tools

Certain features may include automated, algorithmic, or AI-assisted tools used for content generation, recommendations, data analysis, marketing insights, or workflow automation.

We may modify, expand, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT OLA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ACCURACY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT OLA AND AI CREATIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS, OR INTERRUPTION.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
