Experience Kona's legendary humpback whale season with Hawaiian Adventures' dedicated Humpback Whale Watch, running December through March when these gentle giants migrate to Hawaii's warm waters to breed and birth their calves.

This 2.5- to 3-hour tour departs from Honokohau Harbor aboard offshore-certified vessels equipped with underwater hydrophones, letting you hear the whales' songs beneath the surface. A professional marine naturalist narrates the journey, helping you spot breaching humpbacks, mother-and-calf pairs, and some of the area's largest whale gatherings.
