Learn the fundamentals of freediving in Kona's warm, clear waters with this 2-day FII (Freediving Instructors International) Level 1 course. Through a structured progression of classroom instruction, confined water training, and open water dives, you'll master the proper techniques and safety skills to freedive to depths of up to 66 feet (20 meters).
Course Schedule:
- Day 1: Classroom session (7:45 AM – 12:00 PM), followed by confined water training (1:00 – 5:00 PM)
- Day 2: Open water dives (8:00 – 11:00 AM), final exam and wrap-up (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

- Your own freediving gear: mask, snorkel, fins, weight belt, wetsuit (3mm recommended)
